Marathon Bay Club Resort Villas

BlueLime Studio developed architectural renderings for The Peebles Corporation in Miami, Florida, working with Gonzalez architects in Savannah. The complex consists of multiple townhomes overlooking lush gardens of native Florida plants and a series of beautiful blue pools. The project sits along a mangrove trail, opening out to the coastal marina.
The structure’s layout allows for easy travel through the complex, whether on foot or by vehicle. Keeping with modern construction and design, the materials of the complex are just as consistant; stucco, glass, and brushed metal are most prominent.
In developing the exterior architectural rendering, BlueLime was given the opportunity to go a step further with this project and create an architectural rendering of the the interior resturant/bar space. The computer model we generated is completely three-dimensional, from the interior walls, down to the vase of red flowers set for dining. This allows us to create as many views as the client wants. We explored the idea of recreating a design from paper form into a realistic image. The Marathon Bay Club Resort project gave BlueLime the opportunity to venture into an interior space, with the use of 3-D architectural programs to construct a contemporary design. It’s simplification would intrigue one’s interest into what’s around the corner!
